Simply, <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">View any page at www.iacfb.net, and log in (upper right corner)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">From the MAIN MENU, mouse over the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> &#8220;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Submit a Deal<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8221; <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">menu DROP DOWN item<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Then, select the <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Affiliates-Submit a Deal <\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">menu<\/span> <span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">option<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">You can now access the Pipedrive Deal submission form and send us an SQL Deal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">IMPORTANT: Submission Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Deal or Lead submission requirements under the PALs program are <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">very simple<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> FACTORING ONLY<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">: This is a factoring-only program, so all submissions you submit MUST involve invoice financing ONLY.\u00a0 We will delete other submissions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">MINIMUM ACCOUNT SIZE<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">:\u00a0 All submissions must be invoicing at least $25,000 per month.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">B2B ONLY:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Your prospect must be operating as B2B and invoicing other businesses only and not consumers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Additionally, your submission must not have any current loans active that are collateralized by accounts receivable. Factors must always be in<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u201c<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">first place<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201d <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">and the senior lender when it comes to the invoices.\u00a0 IACFB underwriters will discuss that with your prospect; however, in most cases.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Submission Processing<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Once you click the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u201c<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Submit<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201d <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">button for your submission, your lead is logged into the<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u201c<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Deal Pipeline<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201d <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">at IACFB.\u00a0 Typically, your prospect will receive a call from a member of our underwriting staff within 24 hours of your submission.\u00a0 Once we speak with the prospect, you, the PAL Affiliate agent, will receive a call from us to discuss the prospect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Commission Sharing (Affiliates)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Commission sharing under PALs is as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">PAL AFFILIATES:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Factoring commissions are shared on a 50 \/ 50 basis.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">BROKER OF RECORD:<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0PAL Affiliates are listed as a<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> \u201c<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Broker of Record<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201d <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">with our funder.
