The PALs Affiliate Program is IACFB’s “Referrers” program and was designed for virtually anyone to participate in our industry and earn additional “side” income simply by submitting a name of a qualified lead for factoring to our underwriters.

The PALs Affiliates PLUS operates exactly as the same as the Standard Affiliates Program with the exception that PLUS Affiliates are provided a web page.  That web page is a “Marketing Listing Web Page” located on the Directory of American Factors and LendersLenders Directory.  The cost of PALs Affiliates PLUS is just $2.97 per month.

There is NO COST to become a PAL Affiliate.

Absolutely anyone can succeed as an IACFB PAL Affiliate Referrer.  It is totally without cost and only requires that you become knowledgeable about our industry so you can take advantage of brokering opportunities when they com your way.  Very easy and perfect for today’s mobile creatives.  More in this article.

PAL Affiliate Referrers send SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) through a short “Leads Form” available on this site. IACFB staff follow up on your lead, answer any questions your lead may have, handle the application, follow up with a financing proposal.  If your lead finances their business through IACFB Lenders…YOU GET PAID!

With the SQL Program at IACFB, there are only a few  qualifications required for you to submit a lead.  

  • Your lead must be operating B2B (Business-to-Business)
  • Your lead must be invoicing its customers at least $25,000 monthly
  • You must have spoken to your lead about factoring or financing within the last 48 hours

Once you have submitted the lead, we will contanct your lead within 24 hours and will further qualify the business for factoing

If your lead responds and contracts for a factoring facility to be set up, you will begin to receive your monthly checks.  

Once you submit an SQL Lead, you are listed as the “Broker of Record” on that lead.  You remain the Broker of Record on that lead for 12 months from the date of submission.  Once we contact your lead, we keep you in the loop through email while we attempt to close your prospect, create the deal, and begin funding.

Training and Support

For 2026, we have dramatically expanded our PALs Affiliates program to now include a special playlist on IACFB’s YouTube channel as well as a special column on Commercial Finance Consultants magazine for marketing “tips and helps” just for PAL Affiliates. 

All training for our PAL Affiliates (referrers) is provided primarily through our Factoring 101 Broker’s Training Guide (Amazon) and our Factoring Broker Magazine which includes a special area just for you as PAL Affiliates. If you are a Factoring 101 Broker’s Guide subscriber, you also have complete access to IACFB training academy.  Train at your own pace

PAL Program Affiliates, build their business and  income primarily through your activities in local clubs and organizations that you currently attend.  Leads for factoring will be created simply by being at the right place and at the right time. If you already are active as a professional in your community (such as a bookkeeper, notary, etc.) and have an exisitng professional website, you will generate countless leads by your posts. As a PALs Affiliate, learn to frequent our group on LinkedIn and spend as much time possible learning our business by visiting our broker magazine at least weekly.

For 2026, we have created a new “Private Group Forum” on LinkedIn that is dedicated to PAL Affiliates and Associates.  All program questions are handled through the new forum.  Once you are accepted in the program, you must add this group to you LinkedIn account.  

PAL Affiliate Commissions and Payments

The PAL Affiliates Program is a “Partners” program where all commissions through SQL submissions and program are shared equally (50/50) between IACFB and the PAL Affiliate.

Since the PAL Affiliates Program features “factoring only” client submissions,all commission payment are residual and for the life-of-the-account.

Successful PAL Affiliates and Associates will both build lucrative monthly streams of income as referrers to IACFB.  Each new factoring client referred can result in a monthly check as your commission of the financing of that business.  Monthly checks that last 3 years, 5 years, 10 years or even longer are common. 

PAL Affiliates are always listed as the deal’s “Broker of Record” with the financing / factoring source.

As a PAL Affiliate or PLUS Affiliate, you are automatically enrolled as an affiliate at DatMax and as such, can earn an affiliate commission on all IACFB products includinbg website products. 

The standard affiliate commission on website products such as the PAL Associates Program is 25% and is a one-time payment.  Withdrawels for your affiliates account at DataMax can be requested once your affiliate balance has reached $100.
