IACFB Agent

Becoming an Agent for IACFB

Much like a member of our Referrer Network, IACFB Agents are simply “Lead Generators”.  The primary difference is all Agents are provided with a WordPress web page that identifies you as an agent of IACFB in your geographic area.  The web page is an important and powerful marketing tool for those seeking to develop leads and SQL on a more consistent basis.  While there is a very small initial fee for the page set up ($29.95), it is fully reimbursable as an addon with your residual commission on your first successful deal.

Web Page Cost $29.95 Annually

IACFB Agents are provide with a web page to assist with marketing.  The cost of the Agent’s Page is just $29.95 per year.  There is NO additional monthly hosting or SSL domain fee.  There is NO Listing Fee for the IACFB Lenders Directories

You will be provided with a “Lead-Generating” Web Page listing you as an IACFB Agent in that state or geographic location

You will have an Agent Listing in the IACFB’s Lenders Directories

There is a one-time fee for set up of the WordPress Web Page and Submission Forms.

Your Annual Fee ($29.95) is reimbursed to you with the successful submission of your first deal. 

You must have a cell phone and you must be able to answer that phone when contacted

As a Referrer or Sponsored Agent, social media is likely where 90% of your periodic marketing will occur.  Commercial factoring is a B2B business  Over 75% of business-to-business (B2B) buyers use social media to make decisions, and over 50% specifically use LinkedIn as a source for making purchase decisions

While it is not a “cast-in-stone-requirement” we recommend you set a goal of at least one (1) lead submitted every month.  Agent “slots” on Partnerships sites are limited to ten (10) per site.

As a Referrer or Sponsored Agent, IACFB gauges your worked product with the number of connections who acquire on LinkedIn.  We will be expecting a minimum of 50-100 new connections every month.

In addition to adding connections, you are expected to particiapate on the IACFB’s Brokers Group on LinkedIn.  This helps to both your network as well as IACFB’s.

We highly recommend that you join and particiapate in one or two local clubs or organizations in your community.  In many cases, this does require some expense so it is at your option.  There are dozens of articles on the IACFB Magazine to give you some ideas and suggestions.
